    1. The White Historical Association offers free standard shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada for most products. A shipping charge of $25.00 will be applied to international orders.

      A shipping fee will be applied to purchases of 25 or more 2013 ornaments. 

      There will be a charge for express delivery to all locations. Call 1-800-555-2451 for more information. If you live outside the U.S. or Canada, call 410-553-2813.

      Time Frame - Most merchandise is shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to addresses within the U.S. and Canada. Allow more time for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

    2. Returns - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:

      • Shipping receipt must be included.
      • The merchandise and its packaging must be in salable condition.
      • If you received a gift that is identical to the item(s) you purchased, the item(s) may be returned within 60 days.
      • Damaged merchandise can only be exchanged for a replacement.
      • For purchases of White House Christmas ornaments:
        • If 25 or more ornaments of the same year are being returned, a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total price will be deducted from the refund.
        • Customers who purchase 100 or more White House Christmas ornaments need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any ornaments for a refund. Call 1-800-555-2451, and ask for a Customer Service Representative to obtain a RAN. The RAN must appear on the outside of the returned package in order for a refund to be processed.
        • Customers who purchase 100 or more ornaments after December 16, 2013, will be charged an additional 5% re-stocking fee.
      • This policy applies to all mail orders, website orders, and over-the-counter sales including ornaments picked up at the WHHA fulfillment center.
      • There will be no exceptions to this policy.
    3. Order Tracking - We do not provide en route tracking services.
