An Important Message for our Customers
In the interest of our employees’ health and safety, the White House Historical Association has implemented and alternately scheduled, temporarily dispersed workforce strategy in our call and fulfillment centers, as of March 25, 2020. We will continue accepting orders. All customer service inquiries may be submitted to and will be answered by email from customerservice@whha.org.
Please note: We are not accepting expedited orders at this time. Orders being shipped to business addresses in areas affected by 'shelter-in-place' orders will not be delivered if the receiving business is closed. We anticipate that shipments to residential addresses will continue without interruption.
