Why is the White House Christmas Ornament a good fundraising tool?

The Official White House Christmas Ornaments are already a well known and collectible keepsake. Since 1981, the White House Historical Association honors a different president sequentially, beginning with George Washington, through its ornaments. That means that we have a new design and new educational content with each year's ornament, to keep your funders returning year after year. The ornaments are handmade by a veteran-founded company in Rhode Island, Beacon Design, and are a cherish-able, not perishable, gift.

What is the cost of the ornament?

The Official 2025 White House Christmas Ornament is offered at the following bulk prices: 25 - 99 units $23.50; 100 - 499 units $21.50; 500+ units $16.95.

Is there a minimum order?

To take advantage of our bulk pricing, the minimum order is 25 ornaments.

How much money can we make?

We recommend pricing the ornament at face value, although some fundraisers sell for more. Depending on your initial quantity of ornaments ordered, you could make up to $8 profit per ornament sold.

What are the shipping costs?

How do I place an order if I'm tax exempt?

Due to a Supreme Court decision, the White House Historical Association is now required to collect sales tax in a substantial number of new states. If you are exempt from the payment of sales tax (reseller/nonprofit entity/government entity), you will need to provide us with proof of your exempt status (State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate/Diplomatic Tax Exemption card/Proof that you are a Federal Entity, etc.). Before you place your order, please send this documentation to taxexempt@whha.org.

"The Warrenton Lions Club has been selling the White House ornaments for a number of years. The proceeds from the sales funds our scholarship program at two county high schools. Each year our sales have increased allowing us to increase the scholarships accordingly, with our sales this year bringing in a bit over $8,000 in profit all of which goes for scholarships. We sell the ornaments through two local merchants who do it as a public service taking no money from the sales. We advertise heavily in the local newspaper, giving the locations where the ornaments are available; thereby both the merchants selling the ornaments and the Club gain a bit of publicity. Working with the personnel at the White House Historical Association has been a pleasure as they have always been responsive to our needs and easy to work with."
