60th Inauguration Commemorative Ornament

Commemorate the 60th Presidential Inauguration in 2025 with this USA made, brass ornament finished with 24K gold. Exceptionally detailed, etched designs depict a South Portico view of the White House on one side and the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building on the opposite side. Adorned with USA flags and stars, this ornament also features headline text "2025 Presidential Inauguration".

Every four years on January 20, people watch as a new president takes the Oath of Office on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building – but did you know that these are recent inaugural traditions? For most of American history, Inauguration Day was held on March 4 until the 20th Amendment was ratified in 1933. As a result, the first president to be inaugurated on January 20 was Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1937 and he did so like most of his predecessors – at the East Portico of the Capitol. Ronald Reagan was the first president to take the Oath of Office on the West Front overlooking the National Mall in 1981, and this is where the inaugural platform continues to host this public ceremony today.
