SCOUT is a Washington, DC based brand founded in 2004 by Deb Waterman Johns and her husband after she couldn’t find durable, affordable totes for her busy family, so she created her own. The company focuses on stylish, functional bags made with lightweight, water-resistant materials and colorful, limited-edition patterns designed to help people stay organized in everyday life. Giving back is a core part of the brand’s mission, with initiatives like the Go Bo Fund and other community programs supporting families, children, and local causes.
