The First Lady Nancy Reagan jewelry collection is inspired by the striking pearl choker worn by Mrs. Reagan in her official portrait by Aaron Shikler. Born in New York City, Nancy Reagan studied theater at Smith College and pursued a successful career performing on Broadway and in motion pictures. She met Ronald Reagan in 1951, and retired from making movies soon after their marriage in order to devote herself to the roles of wife and mother.
